Prayogshala translates to ‘Experimental Laboratory’ in Nepali, reflecting the club’s purpose of hands-on exploration and innovation.

Sudip Vikram Adhikari
Founder & CEO
He has a background in Computer Science and a career spanning 12-year in the education sector. His journey in STEAM education began when he took on the role of Education Officer at the Everest Science Center in 2012.
Ravi Shrestha
Chief Finance Officer
With a degree in Computer Engineering and a decade of experience in finance, he leads the accounts and finance department.
Mahesh Thakuri
Astronomy Dept. Head
Currently a PhD Candidate in High Energy Physics in the Oklahoma State University. He is also one of the founders of Pokhara Astronomical Society. He has been an enthusiastic advocate for astronomy in Nepal.
Prakriti Shakya

She has been recently elevated to the role of Academic Supervisor following two years of dedicated service as an Educator, where she excelled in her responsibilities.
Saroj Tiwari
Research Officer / Educator
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in physics, Saroj brings a strong academic background to our team. Saroj’s enthusiasm for educating children about STEAM technology is evident. Beginning this year, he will expand his involvement to various research projects as well.
